Excellent Buying Experience We bought a used 2008 Audi TT last week from Southgate Audi. Our salesman Greg C. provided excellent service and answered all our questions from our initial test drive until the day we picked up the car. Greg ensured he was free to go over the car on pick up day to answer any final questions and check that all noted deficiencies were attended to. I was traveling through, heading north and needed to replace a light bulb so visited the parts department. At the door I was greeted by Erin, with a warm hello. She lead me to the parts department and I was helped by Ken. Nice dealership with a convenient location.

I came in to shop around for a SUV and was looking at a SQ5. Hoi Wong came up to me and was very polite and courteous. He was very informative and gave a lot of product knowledge. It wasn't a typical high pressure sale he was friendly and approachable.

I stopped by earlier in the week and was treated respectfully and professionally by everyone from reception to the salesman, Xerxes. I made it known that I was a little ways away from purchasing but I was treated like I was purchasing right away. I will definitely go back when I am ready to buy.
